Several years of development work has gone into making our PVD Black Finish as “Black” as possible providing a beautiful deep black hard finish on chrome plated and polished stainless parts. The typical PVD Black finishes are more like “Anthracite” and although this is a great finish, many of our customers kept asking for a darker black finish. Our unique proprietary PVD Diamond Black, DLC type finish provides that look.

If you prefer the Anthracite finish or lighter black color, ask for PVD Black Pearl.

To improve the depth of the finish and provide the deepest PVD Black color we recommend the coating is applied to a mirror finish polished chrome. Applying the PVD Diamond Black to a matt or textured surface will provide a more industrial looking finish with a gray look similar to Gunmetal.
